This course is designed to introduce you to the diverse range of edible, medicinal, and poisonous plants found in woodlands, fields, and hedgerows. You’ll also learn tree identification and explore the practical uses of various types of wood. Additionally, the course focuses on outdoor cookery, teaching you how to prepare and cook wild ingredients to make the most of your foraged meals. As this is a self-catered course, you’ll be cooking with foraged food, but we recommend bringing your own preferred provisions due to group size and the availability of ingredients.
